Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) — or sexually transmitted infections (STIs) — are diseases that are generally acquired by sexual contact.

Sores or bumps on the genitals or in the oral or rectal area and painful or burning urination are the most common symptoms.

You should see a doctor when you're becoming sexually active and before you start having sex with a new partner.

Chlamydia, herpes, HIV/AIDS, gonorrhea, HPV, syhphilis, genital warths, trichomanasis, candida, hepatitis B, hepatitis C (in rarer cases).

The risk factors are having sexual contact without protection, with multiple partners and misuse of alcohol or use of recreational drugs are under more risk

Impotency (UTI) and Erectile Dysfunction

The main symptom of erectile dysfunction is not being able to get or keep an erection firm enough

Heart disease, Diabetes, atherosclerosis, hypertension, obesity, certain medications, tobacco use, alcoholism and other forms of drug use, sleep disorders, low testesterone, surgeries or injuries that affect the pelvic area or spinal cord, psychological factors or diseases such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, stress, social, cultural or religious conflicts, worry about sex performance in people with narcissistic personality.

-Being under heavy stress and anxiety -Some psychological problems such as depression and personality disorders -Being over age 50 -Having diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease.

The treatment depends on the underlying cause such as controlling stress and anxiety, taking care of heart and cardiovascular system and treatment of depression or psychological consultancy and psychotheraphy.

Male Infertility

Male infertility is the inability to have a child, with or without apparant sypmtoms. This condition can be caused by different underlying causes.

Hormone imbalances, stress, testicle traumas, old age, low sperm creation and many other reasons related with lifestye and psychological factors can cause interfilitiy.

Common tests are hormone tests and semen analyses.

Drug and alcohol use,stress, testicle trauma and being overweight.

Prostate Hypertrophy & PSA

It’s also called benign prostatic hyperplasia and BPH. It’s non-tumoral overgrowth of prostate tissue. Enlarged prostate tissue block the flow of urine out of the bladder, It produces symptoms by obstructing the flow of urine through the urethra.

Frequent urge to urinate need to get up many times during the night to urinate weak urine stream dribbling at the end of urination inability to completely empty the bladder urinary incontinence- the accidental or unwanted passing of urine.

While there are hormonal and genetic influences, there is an increased prevalence of cases with increasing age. Prostate hypertrophy happens to most men as they get older.

PSA means prostate specific antigen. PSA is a protein that is produced by both normal and cancerous cells in the prostate.

The PSA test is a blood test that determines how much prostate specific antigen (PSA) is present in your system. A tiny quantity of PSA in your blood is normal, and the amount increases somewhat as you get older and your prostate grows larger. A high PSA level can indicate an issue with your prostate, but it isn't always cancer.
