Most of our services are available to anyone who is 18 years old or older. Some of our services have age limits, and our acne treatment service is available to anyone aged 16 and over.

You can access our appointments page, answer the required questions, upload any health documents relating to your concern, choose a date and time for your appointment and make the payment through our secure online system. After your payment, you will receive your unique video meeting link via email.

There are 4 different languages are available on our website which are French, German, Turkish and English.

We will never share your personal information with anyone without your consent.

No, we do not have access to your medical records, nor is your Patient Record linked in any way to your NHS record.

Only your chosen doctors will be able to view the data/information you provide in order for them to make a professional advice for action.
The health insurance does not at any time have access to the health data entered in AsktheDoctor.Online .

All payments must be placed online via our website. We cannot place your order over the phone.
We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, or you can choose to pay with PayPal.

Each of our services are priced differently. There are no hidden charges and we listed all prices under the services.

Caution: Ask the Doctor Online is NOT suitable for acute health problems such as severe, sudden-onset symptoms. In life-threatening situations, we explicitly advise you to alert your local emergency services immediately.

Yes, we need to ensure that your treatment is still appropriate for any newer concerns.

As our clinicians are all specialised medical doctors and licensed to apply treatment that dispensed not in the UK only, but also for the patients of the UK.

We aim to respond any enquiry within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to get to you as soon as we can.

If you miss your appointment, please get in touch with our patient experience team on info@askthedoctor.online. If you think you are going to miss your appointment, you can cancel up to 4 hours before your appointment for a full refund. If you cancel within 4 hours before your appointment, we will not be able to refund you.

You don’t need to create an account, you just need to enter your details to book an appointment.

No, we don’t. There is no need to upload any ID documents to our system. It’s safe and secure.

Ask the Doctor Online is founded by MD Erol OZER who is an ophthalmologist in Turkey and has more than 30 years of experience.

Legally, it is currently not possible for our doctors to issue e-prescriptions.
