Professional Summary
I specialized in weight control (both weight loss and gain) with diets therapies and also nutrition therapy of adult diseases both in the clinic and outpatient clinic. For more than 10 years, I have given many academic and community health eductions in my profession. While continuing to gain my experience in diseases and weight control therapies with diet, I started my master's and doctorate education to improve my skills and vision. I focused on nutrition treatments and their effects on diet, nutritional status and disease activity in diseases such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, which are autoimmune diseases whose prevalence and relationship with nutrition are increasing recently. I continue my clinical and polyclinic studies on nutrition-related heart diseases, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, neurological diseases, geriatric syndromes, obesity in addition to autoimmune diseases. I am still sharing my academic experiences by giving lectures to bachelor’s degree students at vairious universities. I continue my academic and scientific studies as a phd student at Hacettepe University.
